KinderShares is a web application that allows parents to create a registry for their child and receive monetary gifts from friends and family. These funds are sent directly to the parent, who may choose how to use or invest them.

KinderShares does not:

• Execute trades
• Provide investment services
• Act as a broker, dealer, or financial advisor
• Hold or custody user funds

To use KinderShares, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws

• Parents create a registry for their child
• Friends and family send monetary gifts through the platform
• Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe)
• Funds are sent directly to the parent's connected account

KinderShares does not control or manage how funds are used after they are received.

Payments on KinderShares are processed securely through Stripe.

• KinderShares charges a 5% platform fee, which includes standard payment processing fees
• All payments are final unless otherwise required by law
• KinderShares does not hold or store payment funds

By using the platform, you agree to Stripe's terms and policies.

KinderShares does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

Any investment decisions made by users are solely their responsibility. You should consult a qualified financial or tax professional before making decisions.

As a user, you agree:

• To use the platform only for lawful purposes
• To provide accurate information
• Not to misuse or attempt to exploit the platform

Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for:

• How funds are used or invested
• Compliance with financial and tax laws
• Maintaining any brokerage or financial accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

KinderShares is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

KinderShares relies on third-party providers, including Stripe, to process payments and facilitate services.

We are not responsible for:

• The performance or availability of third-party services
• Any issues arising from those services

You may not:

• Use KinderShares for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinderShares is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Financial losses related to investment decisions
• Issues related to third-party services

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

KinderShares is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
